Aventine to Market Biodiesel for Major Biodiesel Producer - 6/17/07 - BioDiesel
A new major biodiesel producer has been added to the biodiesel marketing program of Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings. Delta Biofuels facility located at the Port of Natchez, Natchez, Mississippi began diodiesel production on May 8, 2007 and may produce up to 18 million gallons of biodiesel per year. They are almosat finished with the production of a continuous flow production line that would bring production capacity to between 80 to 100 million gallons per year. This plant is located on over 60 million acres of the Mississippi River. They have barge and railway access and a fully functioning tank truck loading and unloading facility. Both companies are excited about working together.
