Bush’s plan calls for the nation’s usage of ethanol to increase to 15 billion gallons by 2015 annually. Bush laid out his plan during a meeting of the Florida FTAA at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. Roberto Rodridgues Brazilian Minister of Agriculture was in attendance.
It is the goal of the private-public Florida FTAA to make Miami the site of the permanent secretariat of the Freed Trade Area of the Americas.
